Ramsay the 45 year old teacher of the Toronto District school Board has been in a relationship with a 17-year-old student. Ramsey Colin was identified as a teacher at the George Vanier Secondary School located in North York district of Toronto. He worked at this school since 2007.
Ramsay has been in communication with the 17-year-old since January till June 2020. Yes, a six months period and did assault her at some point during this time.
45-year-old Colin Ramsay has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual exploitation, and luring a child.
A sexual assault is any form of unwanted sexual contact. It could be in the form of, kissing, grabbing, oral sex and penetration, but not limited to these: according to police.
Ramsay is scheduled to appear in court in Toronto on Sept. 17 2020.
There are concerns this 17-year-old girl might not be the only victim.
