29 year Old Cameroonian Shot In the USA

Walters is described as someone who even smiled when he was angry. He had a dream and died in the process of making that dream a reality.

When he wasn’t working as an accountant in Washington, Walters Mpang Halle Elangwe flipped smartphones on the weekend to save up cash for his “ultimate goal” of opening up a business, his uncle said.

The shooting happened just before 4 p.m. on the 1100 block of Primrose Court where Annapolis police say they found Elangwe injured.

Walters Mpang Halle Elangwe was found injured when police arrived at the scene that afternoon. Walters was rushed to the hospital where he later died of his injuries.

Preliminary investigations show that Walters must have sensed danger coming his way as he tried backing up his car. The killer shot through his windshield and hit Walters several times.

At the time of this publication, much is not known about the cause of the shooting that led to the death of Walters Mpang Halle Elangwe. Investigations are currently going on and the police is requesting anyone with information to contact them at 410-260-3439.4

It is heart wrecking that a young man with so much potential is wasted!
