Some celebrities have left landmarks in the industry that has caused some colleges to actually teach courses about them. Their impacts in the industry, made professors to introduce courses about them.

This course will be offered at UC Berkeley, starting Spring 2023. The course will be offered through the African American Studies Department. This course will focus on Minaj’s career within the greater context of hip-hop and feminism.

According to the rep of the program, the class will cover Taylor Swift’s evolution as a creative music entrepreneur, the legacy of pop and country songwriters, discussions of youth and girlhood, and the politics of race in contemporary popular music.

This is a Unique College Course on Feminist Politics. The class on the star focuses on intersections of race, gender, and sexuality and can be taken online as well. Beyonce has been getting increasingly more political in the feminist statements and making statements about race and gender.

Skidmore College Will Offer a Class on Miley Cyrus.

The liberal arts college, located in Saratoga Springs, New York, is offering a special topics sociology course entitled “The Sociology of Miley Cyrus” which will focus on Race, Class, Gender and Media.
