On May 15th 2020, Destiny Etiko took to her Instagram page to announce the sad news and express how “pained and heartbroken” she was at the loss of her dad.

“My heart is broken into pieces and I’m not sure it can be mended for you left with a part of my soul daddy…” it is indeed painful to lose someone so close to your heart. she wrote at that time.
Today she celebrates the funeral ceremony of her dad. This occasion is graced with tons of her celebrity friends who came out in mass to show their support to one of their own.
