Kim Kardashian officially filed for divorce from Kanye West last month, after nearly seven years of marriage. The couple started dating in 2012 and got married in Italy in 2014. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West split their assets with the $60M Hidden Hills Mansion, going to Kim.

It is said that Kim will keep the Calabasas mansion that the couple shared. This is so their four kids will continue to live in their family home. This property means a lot to the couple. The former couple purchased their Hidden Hills residence for $20 million in 2014 but did not move in until 2018 after investing $40 million in renovations.
